Get Rid of Password Prompt

I frequently put my notebook to "sleep" in order to save battery.
When I resume, I'd like to come back to exactly where I left off with
no password prompt. Is that possible?

(I have XP Pro if that makes any difference.)
 
Right click the Desktop, select Properties, Screen Saver and uncheck the On
resume option.
