The above title appears at the top of my form on the published page - FP
2002. I can remove it from the code, but will that alter the functionality of
the form? If yes, how do I keep it invisible?

The "FrontPage Form Results Component" can appear if there is a problem
with your Form Properties settings. It will also appear if your transferred
the page via FTP.

The FP form requires the FPSE (FrontPage Server Extensions) in order to
operate and use of FTP can corrupt the extensions. In this case you would
need to reset / reinstall the extensions from your site control panel. If
that isn't an option, ask your host to do this for you. Then be sure to
publish via File >> Publish Web.

If you continue to have problems, give us a URL for the "form page".

Hi Gem,

I have to deal with this problem everyday here. When a customer has that
error, I have to completely remove the MS Frontpage extensions, then apply
them again. You shouldn't lose any data or forms. I have to do this in IIS,
so you may have to ask your hosting company to do this for you. Is it an
older version of Frontpage you are using?

Thanks,
Don

Hi Don,

Thanks for your input.

I'm using FP2002, so not that old. I don't know what version number is
current, or if that would make a difference. I do know that I published 4
'rough' forms in this set, cut & paste from one page to the next, only
changing the titles and "FrontPage Results Component" only appeared on one.
Confusing!

Here's one form: http://graphvs.com/graphvs/pain.htm

You appear to have your form in a sub web named graphvs but your file
results are going to Graphvs/_private/form_results.csv Try changing the file
name to the same case and see if this will be a fix.

A simple syntax error in form properties will still be interpreted as an
improper destination.
