Hi, I hope someone can help. I have all my customers
emails in Excel. Each email is in a cell. I would like
Excel to find the duplicates for me so that I can delete
them and only have one for each customer. Is there a way
to do this? Or is there a way to do it in word if I can
transfer the info into there?

Thanks for any help!
Wendy

If you don't have too many, the easiest way would be to sort them and
visually inspect them to remove the duplicates.

Assuming your email addresses are listed down a column (not across a row)..
1) Click a cell in the column you would like to sort by.
2) Click Sort Ascending (A-Z) or Sort Descending (Z-A

I use conditional formatting to highlight the duplicates --

For example, if my data is in column c, I'd enter the
following formula in conditional formatting:

=countif($C:$C, C1)>1

and use a color for the background.
