Get recycle bin in programs folder, how?

I don't want my recycle bin on my desktop. How do I get it in my Programs
folder. I was thinking about making it invisible and just creating a
shortcut to it, but I can't even see how to do that. Alternatively, is there
a way to get it on my Start Menu? Thanks.
