Ok people, i`m a first time user of newsgroups because i
have found my answer no where.
Here goes:
When i insert a music.mp3 in a slideshow.ppt, I sometimes
have problems with replaying the song. On the spot it
works well...When i put the slideshow.pps on a cd with
the mp3`s attached to it, it works well. The problem
appears when i come back to my slideshow.pps and play it,
the song doesn`t go. So, i open my slideshow.ppt and the
song just won't play. Even if i delete the song and put a
new one...doesn`t work

Very strange...
Have an answer???

I'm a little confused by your description. Have you moved the MP3 in the
process if the steps that you described? I assume that when you inserted
the MP3's, they were in the same folder as the PPT file, right? Then you
renamed the presentation to .PPS and copied it to the CD and it played fine,
right? At that point I get confused. Is the Slideshow.pps still in the
same folder on your hard disk with the MP3's? Where did the slideshow.ppt
come from?

Maybe it would be easier if you just listed detailed numbered steps so that
we know which files you're dealing with and where they are at the time that
all works correctly versus where they are when it doesn't work.
