Get old version of Windows Defender?

I'd like to get my hands on version 1.1.1347 for Windows 2000 support, since
versions after this no longer support Windows 2000. I cannot find where to
download old version of WD anywhere. Can someone direct me to where I may
download version 1.1.1347? Thank you.

with the latest version of windows def when i run check for update
scvhost.exe uses 99 CPU and it takes alot of time to check if ther r updates
avalible
 
This hotfix may well be worth trying for this symptom:

If the situation has not changed, you will need to call the number for paid
Microsoft support in your area, but specify that you are seeing the symptoms
in the above KB article and need access to the hotfix. You will not be
charged, and will get access to the hotfix.

I've only applied this on one machine so far, but I've heard nothing further
from the user of that machine--not very conclusive, but I haven't seen the
symptom on many machines that I have hands on access to.
