Get notified of replies in this forum

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I could not find a Forum for
help with MS Forums! I am not receiving e-mail notifications when people
respond to my threads. I AM checking off "Notify me of Replies." Does anyone
know what I am doing wrong? I sign in with a hotmail address but my
notifications are set to go to my aol mail. Could that be the problem? I've
check for anything going to SPAM and that is not the issue.

Any help would be appreciated. (Also, if there is a more appropriate place
to post this, please enlighten me on the proper location and protocol.)

Assuming you're using the original Microsoft site:

The "notify of replies" button has never worked well, if at all. Do note
that Microsoft will eventually be shutting this group down, and migrating
over to:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/default.aspx

Which, hopefully, will have better methods of finding older posts.
