Get Live Exchange Rate?

Does anyone know of a way of extracting a foreign currency rate from some
kind of live source into a database via VBA? I'm looking at my Currency
Gadget on my desktop and thinking... well that has to be coming from
somewhere via some kind of code (I'm a noobe to VBA).

I had come accross an add-in for excel a while back and other programming
tools from MSN Money. You may want to look there.
