Get Hotfix for KB 912019 - Can't View Windows Form in Design View

It seems MS finally has a hotfix for KB 912019: "You may receive an
error message when you rebuild a solution and try to view a Windows
Form in Design view in Visual Studio 2005". The problem is that you
have to call support which is not for free. Since this is a very
serious bug I don't think we should have to pay for this after shelling
out good money for VS. Can that fix be optained somewhere online?

You shouldn't have to pay for a support incident as long as you're
only requesting a hotfix. I've never had to pay for that.
