Get Error Message

I'm trying to upgrade to 2003 version of Office but when I try to complete the upgrade I get the following error message "1304 C:/WINDOWS\Fonts\Papyrus.TFF Verify that you have access to the directory" When this happens I haft to stop the installation. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

please copy the Office2003 cd on your hard disc and try again to upgrade!°
