Get empty window instead of help window

I'm working in the Startup Programs area in System Explorers and when I click
on the link Learn more about this program a window opens, but it is empty.
Viewing properties the URL it's trying to pull data from is
www.spynet.com/details_ffmd5.aspx

Any ideas?

That's what I get too--these things happen in a beta, I'm afraid.

1. Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2. Then type in regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll and press Enter
3. Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
