I am in Outlook 2003 and and am having trouble getting my new email messages
to read my Contacts List when I click the To button in the new message. I
get the message "This Address Book Could Not Be Displayed...." and then when
I hit OK, I get the Select Name box. and in the Show Names From box it shows
the two Contact Lists that I copied into Outlook 2003 from OL 2000. and when
I click on either of these two items, my Contacts appear. How do I get these
Contacts to appear when I hit thew To button in the new message and therefore
be able to avoid going through these extra steps. I had it working the way I
wanted originally, but I hit something when I was "playing around, and now I
can;t get it to work right.

Thanks for any help!!!!!!

First, if you have a Contact Folders listed there that is no longer valid
and generates an error message, you can remove it here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >

Second, you can easily set which folder appears first in the address book
here:
Address Book > Tools > Options.

Thanks!!!
