Get Computer User Programatically

Hi:

I have a program from another source that automatically finds the current
person signed on to a local computer and uses the data for update
information etc. How & where do I find this out? Where on the computer can
I find the current user and how do I get it programatically?

Any assistance or recommendation would be appreciated.

And just in case someone else pipes in, suggesting that you use the
Environment variables through the Environ function, I strongly recommend
against relying on the environment variables, because they're trivial to
reset.
