German translator on IE

Have some suspicion on a German translator tool on my IE
that I can't remember having installed on my PC.
It keeps popping up when ever there is a English word
under the cursor in my IE
Have used the MS Antispyware Giant but that did not
remove it. Can it do damage or not?
Can you suggest a solution

Without a specific name it will be difficult for someone to help identify it
as spyware or not.
Do you or someone else using that computer have need for such a tool?
Have you looked for it in Add/Remove Programs and attempted removal from
there?

Also run AdAware and Spybot Search & Destroy
