German MUI resource - where to get?

M. Fernahl mentioned a component called "German MUI Resource". In my
SP2/FP2007/UPR1 installation of Windows Embedded this component is
missing. For now the only desktop localizing components available are
the MUI packages for IE/MediaPlayer/RemoteDesktopClient and some country
settings but no full desktop localisation.

I heard about a MUI resource pack but I cannot find it. Any ideas where
I can download it?

If you have the full release of the tools, the MUI packs must be installed
from CDs 5-10.
