Maybe you can help me ? I'm after a software that does geolocalisation
from an ip adress. I want to know the city where the owner of an ip
lives.

Any idea would be appréciate

Why not just use whois? Look at http://www.dnsstuff.com/ for example.

that accurate though. They show my IP address in a different city than I
actually live in, but that's possibly the location of the DHCP server that's
providing the address.
