I downloaded the Microsoft AntiSpyware. My other programs are working except
for the yahoo games. None of the games I've treid have worked. There isn't
even anything that tells me that I can unblock whatever is blocking it. Can
someone help me?
 
Open your Beta 1 Anti Spyware console, on your desktop. At the top of the
console
you will see: File.....Options...Tools.....Help, all with drop down lists.
Click on tools,
then click on Real time protection, look for Blocked events, click on this
tab, to view.
On the left a list will appear of recently blocked events. On the right it
will display
imformation on the blocked event. Also your firewall could be a factor in your
problem. In your firewall, in settings, check your allow list. Be sure that
the web
that you are trying to reach is in your allow list.

Hi Diana,

I tried what you suggested. There is nothing on my blocked events. I also
went to my firewall and allowed yahoo, but I still can't seem to get the
games to work. I also tried going to a different games website but those also
didn't want to work. Do you perhaps have any other suggestions that I could
try?

If this didn't work, then the problem is not in your software. Go to
http://www.yahoo.com When the page loads, click on games,
In the top right of the page, you will see a "Help' box ,click on it.
In the box, where it says " Ask Yahoo" , type in a summary of
your problem, then click on go. Yahoo help support will direct
you from there.
 
I've tried all these things and still no luck. Ever since I've downloaded
Microsoft AntiSpyware, I can no longer play yahoo games. The applet comes up
blank with an X in the upperleft corner.
 
Hi MPH,
At this point, I would suggest going to yahoo help support, I have yahoo
music,
games, and other yahoo products installed on my computer, and they work fine
with MSAS, and other beta products. So at this point, That is all I can
suggest.
