Does anyone know of any geographic number ISPs that I can use with my BT calling plan to get cheap 56k access whilst I'm waiting for ADSL?
If I call an 0161, 020, 01xx etc... number it's only 5p/hour - but most PAYG ISPs are 0845. I know some exist, somewhere - but I've yet to find one! Most use 0845 to get a % cut, but there are some used for international calls that bypass this.
