Geographic issues viewing the same page

Has anyone experienced geographic issues in the ability
to view a page? Customers in the Dallas area have issues
viewing and connecting to our page while at the same
time, persons in Houston and Austin can view and move
through our site just fine. It also seems that if they're
logged into our site and sit dormant for a couple
minutes, they time out and then are unable to reconnect
at all, while others in other cities can connect just
fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a particular page which is causing them trouble?

FWIW this seems pretty simple:
< http://www.pdrweb.com/ >

but this was slow redirecting and wouldn't load:

< http://www.pdrweb.com/services.asp >

Are there many objects to load? Cacheable?

Get them to check with netstat -a if there are many connections
with your site after they fail?

I was able to get to that page after all. Does your server get overloaded
occasionally?
