Genning script from SQLDMO

Frank Rizzo

I've heard that SQLDMO can generate scripts for a table or sproc or
group or whatever. But I can't find any examples.

Also, I have 2 databases with slightly different versions of the table.
Is there a way that SQLDMO can generate a script that syncs up the
table with the proper ALTER COLUMN statements and so forth?

Thanks.

David,

This article does in no way, shape or form help me. It's not even about
the same topic. It's not even in the same ball park. It's not even the
same game.

I help many people in the newsgroups, and I accidentally pasted a link meant
for another user. Here are some useful links:

Maybe in the future you can try to be a little be less condescending to
people who are making a good faith effort to assist you. These articles
were easily found by a search of the MS KB. Obviously, you did not make the
effort. That says much more about you than it does about me.
