generic start page Trojan

My pc is infected by a trojan (generic start page).
It changes the start page of my explore even if I remove
the data in the register. It seems Mcafee knows this
trojan. I updated my version of Mcafee but it is still
there. Perpahs that is on other version ?
is somebody can help me ?
