When I start my computer running Windows XP
professsional, I get an error message saying, "Generic
Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconbvenience." I then am able to use the computer
except that I cannot connect to the internet. Which of
course is a problem, since it means I cannot fix the
problem or do my email.

Why is this doing this and what can I do to resolve the
problem???

Thanks.

everytime I turn on my computer, the time and date is wrong and needs to be reset. Why am I losing the time and date?
