Generating valid MAPI URLs for Outlook 2003

There is a need to generate MAPI URLs which can be used for emails opening by
shell execute method. There is description how to form MAPI URL for Outlook
2007

But this algorithm works for Outlook 2007 only. Can you please help me to
find correct store hash calculation algorithm for Outlook 2003?
