Generating 'update-cab' files?

Hi Group,
how can I generate an 'update cab file' ce and windows mobile devices?

I have 2 setup projects (vs 2005) to generate a complete setup cab and
an update setup cab.
But the update.cab always deinstall my solution!?

Try giving your update.cab a different product name. For example, your
original CAB might be named "Product". Name your update CAB file "Product
Update 1" (or anything other than "Product") and WCELOAD should not
uninstall the previous version before installing the new one.
 
Beware that changing the product name may change the installation folder, if
you haven't choosen to hardcode it...
