Generating Multiple Reports from A Single Report

I have a report that I have sorted and grouped by clients. I have forced a new page after each client and everything works well. What I currently do is take the outcome of this report (usually 200 pages) and create PDFs for each client by doing saving pages 1- 5, then pages 6 - 20, and 21 - 30, etc. (the range varies each month and clients are also added every month.) This is very time consuming.

Does anyone have a way of running the report and having it automatically "extract" the pages for each client. Since I have 40 clients I do not want to run the report 40 times to get it separated out.

Any suggestions?

Mike,

Here is a link which demonstrates a technique for re-setting the page number
to 1 of x, whenever a group changes:

http://www.mvps.org/access/reports/rpt0013.htm

You could then run a single report and, when split among clients, each
report will appear to be individually generated.

And, for creating/manipulating PDF files from Access reports, you may need
an add-in like "PDF and Mail Class Library" by ACG Soft. It is quite
powerful and has many capabilities. Here is a link to their site:
