Generating appointment letters In Acces 2003

Hi to all

I was wondering if you couldf help me in Generating a
appointment letter in ACCEss 2003.

I have a name and address appointment database what I
want ti to put a button on the form that will preview and
print tha appointment letter

Just so we are clear when I have finised enter the datain
to my appointment letter I want to click the button that
say Printer letter and for it o print for only that
client.

Generally speaking, it is easier to do this by using Word's mailmerge
functionality, using an Access query as the data source.
Alternatively, you can make your data entry form inVisible and use it
as the source for a single-record query which drives a Report which
prints the letter. If you take this approach, the Report's OnClose
Event should make the Form visible again.
