Is there a way to modify the Report function in Outlook 2003 (Business Contact Manager) to list all accounts and their associated history? In other words, how do I generate a a report whose line fields are
Account Name, Contact Name, Date, activity type (i.e., P=phone log, A=appointment log, E=email, N=Note, etc.)?
