I desperately need help. I have a report and a query source. However, I have been asked to generate 3 different reports from 3 different date fields. I would like to be able to do this using the same query. How can I do this?

Hi

not knowing the fields in your query or what you want the report to look
like, have you tried using the report wizard to create the different reports
based on the query - (click new / choose report wizard - choose the query -
create the report, repeat for next 2 reports).

if this doesn't work, could you post back as to what you have in the query
and what the different reports that you want should actually show.

Cheers

Feni,

What is your reason for wanting to use the same query for the three
reports? If the three reports are different from each other, and the
definition of the data that is going into the reports is different from
each other, it may be appropriate for each report to have its own query.

On the other hand, if the reports and queries only differ from each
other as regards the selection criteria for the data set, then it may be
applicable to just have one report and query, and apply the criteria via
the Where Condition argument of the OpenReport action/method when
printing the report.

If you need more specific help, please post back with further details,
maybe with examples.
