General Windows Vista Comment

I feel that I would prefer Microsoft to spend the time to make Vista in to
the superb operating system that I know it can be and be a little late in
releasing the product rather than hurrying production and having a repeat of
windows 95 (i.e.: full of major problems).

Well thats exactly what they are doing, thats why its has been delayed
several times now, from August originally to October for the RTM and the PC
industry has encouraged this and thats why there is a big public beta coming
up, so people like you can help to make it a great release.
