Try these keys first and then search for GeneralTab (no space) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel Remove "GeneralTab" if present. Same for ProgramsTab ....Alan
