General Tab missing from internet options under tools

My General Internet Options is not there, under tools.
Where has it gone and how do I get it back.

If you are on a network, your Administrator could have
removed it for IT management purposes.

Reset the Internet Explorer tabs and remove all the browser restrictions.

Restore All tabs in IE and Removes the ** Internet Options ** Restrictions
as well


The problem is due to a spyware. Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com,
scan the system and eliminate the malware products. Re-apply the above fix
if necessary.
** Remember to update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **
