I was trying to install an AIM update in c
rogram
files/aod/aol and it never finished installing but the
next time I tried opening explorer my whole screen went
white and told me to close explore due to a failure.
When I click on the details button, it said "Explorer has
caused a general protection fault in gfdrv.drv" and then
a bunch of numbers.
What do I do to fix this? I've scanned my hard disk for
errors, defragged the system and I even re-installe
Windows 98 and it still gives me the same message when
I'm logged onto the net. All my other internet programs
work while I'm logged on except explorer so I can't
browse the web.
