Thanks for replying :)
I am not sure that this is what you wanted! But here it is:

System:
Microsoft Windoes XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

Computer:
Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz
2.39 GHz, 224 MB of RAM

Is that right?

Thanks.

"224 MB of RAM" ... ouch, I rarther think you don't have enough ram.

:user:

How do i get more RAM? LOL

It is weird though because at the same time i can still play harry potter and the chamber of secrets and that was loaded up after i got the error message for harry potter and the philosopher's stone!

Thanks.

Here is a bit of info on RAM . Yours is probably DDR RAM .

Thanks!! Wow, I thought I would be spending 100s so that is really excellent :) I live in Australia so I hope I can buy the same product! I am sure I should be able to!!

You've been a huge and awesome help!! Thanks again :)

Download and install this ,

http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Info/Everest-Home-Edition.shtml

Its a free program that will tell you loads of stuff about your pc . Most importantly it will tell you exactly what sort of RAM your pc uses .

Did a quick look at Aus suppliers and found this company ,

http://www.techbuy.com.au/search.as...$0.00&max=$0.00&srchNumRecs=20&rbSrchType=ALL

The Corsair value Select range they are selling looks very well priced in comparison to the others they are selling . Its always best to spend time shopping around though .

So sorry if this is a dumb question! But i have the report so where do i see what RAM my computer uses? :)
And also these devices, how are they installed? Like would I need to hire someone to install it or would it be easy for a beginner with basic computer technology make-up to install it?
Someone suggested to me, that I can buy external ones?!

Ahhhhhhhh
