General OS information log file

Hi guys (and ladies!). I'm working on my disaster recovery plan which was a
disaster (actually non-existent) before I got here. Kind of in a hurry. Is
there a specific log file where I can get OS, RAM, BIOS, etc... information,
kind of a system wide overview? Thanks

Who's not in a hurry?

Try looking for Belarc advisor and/or Everest.
 
Start|Run|msinfo32.exe
