General and program tabs property sheet not coming

I am using internet explorer 6.0 with service pack1 on
winxp prof.Suddenly in the internet options property sheet
the general and programs tabs are not coming and I also
cannot visit sites like "www.google.com".Is there any
other way other than reinstalling the ie6.0 browser.
