General and Program Tab Missing

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what
happened to my general and program tab under internet
options. They have both disappeared. Thanks in advance
if anyone out there can help me.
 
Get and run these programs (if you test after each one you can stop when the
problem is gone):
Ad-Aware:

Once installed make sure to update via online before scanning!

SpyBot - Search & Destroy -

and

Until the problem is solved.

If none of those programs fix it try this:
Restore All Tabs under Internet Options
