Just had a look for you but there don't seem to be any for your graphics
card. No Vista drivers for your card.

It seems to be an old card and does not support pixel shader 2.0 which you
wont be able to use the Windows Vista Aero feature.

My advice would be to get a new graphics card.

The lowest card that is supported by NVidia drivers is the FX series, i
haven't saw any drivers to
the TI 4 series or below in Vista.
You can try XP drivers and get most of their main features but not the full
features that Vista can offer.
There's reports of people using XP drivers with some sucess, so you can
check if they suit you.

I have a reeeal nice card for my Vista rendering ... But I also have a
TI4200 that i would like to use for its Video Capture capabilities, and
absolutely NOTHING else.

My board has a PCIe x16 slot, AND an AGP 8X slot.

Do you think I can use the TI for the captures without jacking with the
7900GTX I have installed?

i had the same card when i went to vista. vista installed some generic
drivers for it and it worked [i didn't test any games or anything at this
point].

then [like an idiot] i tried installing some old XP drivers for it [hey, i
read it on a forum that someone did it]... mistake. everytime something
with directx would start, i would blue screen...

i recently bought a Geforce 7?00 512mb for $149.00 and everything is good.
but if were you, i would wait for the next directx10 cards that nvidia is
putting out. both are around or under $200.

The new NVIDIA cards came out last week and are available at many Websites
and stores.
The best value is the 8500GT which supports DX10, Purevideo HD, and at least
as powerfull as a 7600GT, supports alll HDTV resolutions and HD/BR DVDs.
Some models have hdcp support and you can get a 256MB 8500GT with hdcp
support for less then $100 see the following link:
