Just a general note for everyone, currently, with RC1, trying to install
Windows Vista with a 7950GX2 video card in your system results in a BSOD
referencing a file similar to nvlddmk*** , I can't get the full name of it
since the screen flashes for half a second prior to restarting.

Swapping the video card allows you to install Vista.

I have the exact same issue, I replaced the card with my 7900 gt and got
Vista running
I found that I could not surf the 'net that well or even download drivers
from nvidias site or creatives site
I think RC-1 sucks, I had beta 2 working better
by the way , when I reinstalled my 7950 gx 2 and fired up the system I was
able to get to the desktop, Then Windows installed the new driver for the
card and asked for a restart
I was back to the bsod, I wish I knew how to copy the info since I set
Vista to not restart upon encountering an error
If this is an improvment I don't want it , We may as well go back to
records and vacuum tubes

I had the exact same problem, switched cards and got vista running with poor
networking
replaced the card and I am back to bsods

Had the same problem at first, managed somehow to get passed the installation
without problems... but after 2 reboots it was there (bluescreen with ref. to
nvlddmkm.sys), as I had XP on the same machine I downloaded the 9.6.3.3
driver replaced the nvlddmkm.sys file under root:/windows/system32/drivers/
(on the vista partition)..(don't realy know if this helped any). Restarted
vista in safemode and installed the full driver under vista. Now the system
runs with two 7900gx2 cards without problems.

Can you show a screen shot of both GPU's working in Vista? Say the device
manager.
