GeForce 5600 FX - how to watch it on the tv via svideo....

I have svideo hooked up to my GeForce 5600 to my tv, wondering how i go
about watching something via my computer on my tv.....

Is Google degrading USENET?

When I search the USENET archives through Google Groups, in the
search results there is no list of relevant groups anymore. I think
that causes difficulty for conscientious posters who are first
searching the archives and then looking to ask in the right group.
Could that be the problem?
 
Sorry if I was abrupt, I'm annoyed that Google Groups stopped
listing relevant groups in their search results. Also, I think
Google might be flooding USENET with new users.
