Why does gcasSErv show up twice on my startup under msconfig. Is it possible
that one of these is spyware?

Thats strange, I know that two processes show up under Task Manager that
allows the utility to function properly. Are you that you are not confusing
the gcasDTServ?

No, they both appear as the same name gcasServ with the same location under
msconfig under startup.
