No clue, but that gets started from the registry in HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run in the gcasServ key. You can try deleting the key. It sounds like a bad installation of the program. You might try uninstall/reinstall too. -David

B Bill Sanderson Jan 9, 2005 #3 I'd recommend reinstalling. It sounds as though your install isn't complete.
