gcasServ.exe and gcasDtServ.exe per user

Does each users need to run an instance of gcasServ.exe
and gcasDtServ.exe? I am surprised it is not installed as
a System service with an optional console in the system
tray.

That is how the current beta product works. Ask any Terminal Server
administrator.

Things may change with beta2, we might hope.
 
Yes, they only run as processes in the beta 1 release, but I do agree they
should be services that can be scheduled to work when the user is logged out
of Windows. Presently, you have to be logged into the machine for both to
work and it does not function properly under limited accounts because this
is not supported.
