Just recently I statrted getting this dialog screen which
does nothing. It is called: gcasDtServHolder

Any Ideas???

It's a bug. Think about what you changed or installed about the time it
started appearing. Nothing to worry about, and I expect it to go away with
the next beta build.

After startup I begain getting this window, too. It
started after I installed Virtual PC 2004 SP1.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Antispyware and
continue to have this window pop up.

The window shows gcasDtServHolder in the title bar, 3 of
the icons on the left of the window and 5 buttons -
systrayhide (raised), systrayshow (depressed),
systraynormal (raised), systrayscanning (depressed), and
systrayupdating (raised).

Everything seems to be working, it's just annoying.

Thanks.

Hmm - I also have VPC 2004 SP1 installed on XP on a laptop, and I'm not
seeing this. I have seen it somewhere, though, but I can't recall the
circumstance, and it was temporary.

If it is any consolation, I am 99% sure that this will disappear with beta2,
and that beta2 will be available well before the current expiration date of
the beta.

In terms of magic invocations that might do something, add or remove
programs, microsoft antispyware, change, update would be what I would think
of trying, but I don't have a lot of hope. Did you make any video driver or
video utility changes, or install any XP powertoy add-ons?
