gcasDtServHolder (Me Too)

Add me to the list of people with this bug.
(gcasDtServHolder options window opens at startup, and
sometimes opens during other multi-window, multi-monitor
calls.)
What caused it in my case is fairly certain -
Installation of second NVidia GeForce2-MX400 graphics
card and second monitor. (I also have the alt-tab utility
installed, but no issue before the second graphics card.)

Installation and use have been flawless until now.

Just FYI.
