gcasDtServHolder hidden window

I found your little gcasDtServHolder VB app.
It has 5 buttons all having to do with the system tray. I
would hope this is only for beta purposes and something
like this ( an app written in VB ) wouldn't ship.

Well, the page is not working, I think its just for this beta and will not
be in final product.

Chris--this window being visible is a bug. Several others have reported
this before, but thanks for the additional report.
