Hi, my school teacher said we didn't have to worry about disposing of
objects because .Net would do it automatically. But he said this isn't
true always. How do you know?

Hi Gary,

You got 2 nice links, so what your teacher said is true, only I will read
your sentence a little bit else than you have written it.

My school teacher said we didn't have to worry about disposing of
objects (But he said this isn't true always) because .Net would do it
automatically.

When you create very much NEW objects after each other or large objects, it
can be better to dispose them direct after that you have made them (and that
depends of course how much memory your user computer has).

My God, school children are learning .NET stuff. This is war, it means we
are all under threat from the young guns now. Quick, lets find a way to stop
all this education and protect our jobs !
