What's happening is that Windows File Protection is restoring the files
automatically, believing your system to be damaged.
The solution: don't delete the files-- uninstall them.
1. open your Control Panel
2. Add/Remove Programs
3. Add/Remove Windows Components (third selection in the left pane)
4. Find "Accessories and Utilities" (it's probably the first entry in the
list, and it's probably already selected)
5. click 'Details"
6. uncheck the "Games" option.
7. click "OK" until you're out of the wizard.
When done, the files should go away and never come back.
