games won't install ??

When I try to install Lord of the Rings I, it keeps
telling me to insert the disk that is already in the F
drive and Jurassic Park, Operation Genesis shows
ERROR 1723, a DLL required for this install ??? My
computer meets the system requirments for both of these
games. Can anyone help ?
