I am having trouble playing DoW:WA and any of the F.E.A.R. demos I have
reinstalled both many times every thing is up to date for XP but still I can
not play my games I not really sure what the problem is cause all my other
games play just fine. and tech support for both games have been unsuccesfully
at solving the issue

What happens when you try to start one of those games?

It's strange that you're getting that error message, especially since that error usually
only applies to CD verification issues, and you've only downloaded a Demo ...
Did you download those Demo's or did you get them on CD/DVD from a magazine?

I got the single player demo of F.E.A.R. from a disk then downloaded it and
the DoW:WA is the full game The demos aren't the problem I really don't have
to play them its the game I paid for and now I cann't play it

Hi,

Okay that makes more sense in order to be seeing that security message.
Did you make any hardware changes to your system, specifically to your
CD/DVD drives since you started seeing that error?

Are you running any CD emulation software
