Hi, whenever i open a game that is loaded from a cd (internet games work)
they come up with a black screen like they're starting for a second, and then
it minimises returning the mouse to the centre of the screen. A few things
have changed with my computer lately, these are:

1. Installed Trend Micro Internet Security 2005
2. Installed Service Pack 2
3. Connected to the internet via cable router

Any help is appreciated. Cheers
Charissa

Hi Tahissa,

If you disable Trend Micro's suite by right clicking it's icon in the system
try, does the problem still occur?

I'd try disabling or removing Trend Micro for starters and see what happens
then. Not heard of Service Pack 2 doing or changing a network connection
causing this.
